About the role:

As a Front Counter Parts Advisor, you'll be the link between our customers, technicians, and parts department. You'll help identify and supply the right parts, manage inventory, and provide exceptional customer service while learning about some of the most respected equipment brands in the industry.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional front counter service to retail, trade, and internal customers
  • Interpreting parts requirements for John Deere agricultural, turf, and construction equipment
  • Assisting workshop technicians with timely and accurate parts supply
  • Processing parts sales, invoices, and customer orders
  • Using John Deere parts catalogues and dealership systems to identify and source parts
  • Managing inventory levels, including stock ordering, bin maintenance, and adjustments
  • Receiving, checking, and storing incoming parts and materials
  • Locating, picking, and dispatching parts to customers and other branches
  • Maintaining accurate records for inventory, sales, and transactions
  • Contributing to a safe, organised, and efficient parts department
  • Other duties as required

What You'll Bring:

  • Confidence using computers and learning new systems
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Previous experience in parts, warehousing, retail, automotive, agriculture, or customer service is desirable but not essential
