We are looking for a Node.js AdTech Engineer to join our team. You will work on systems processing large volumes of real-time data, where performance, scalability, and low-latency architecture are critical.
The ideal candidate has strong backend experience with Node.js and understands the AdTech ecosystem — especially real-time bidding (RTB), OpenRTB protocol, and digital advertising concepts.

Zakres obowiązków
- ・Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services using Node.js
- ・Work on components related to real-time bidding (RTB) and programmatic advertising workflows
- ・Integrate with advertising platforms, exchanges, and external APIs
- ・Optimize systems for latency, scalability, and reliability
- ・Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and AdTech specialists to deliver new features
Wymagania
・Strong commercial experience with Node.js and backend development
・Experience building scalable, distributed systems
・Good understanding of the AdTech ecosystem and programmatic advertising
・Hands-on experience with Real-Time Bidding (RTB) concepts
・Knowledge of OpenRTB protocol and IAB standards
・Experience working with high-volume data processing and low-latency systems
・Good understanding of APIs, microservices, and cloud environments
・Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical solutions
・Experience with advertising platforms, DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, or similar AdTech products
・Knowledge of IAB Tech Lab standards and digital advertising formats
・Experience with streaming technologies and real-time data pipelines
・Experience with AWS/GCP/Azure
・Experience with performance optimization and distributed architectures
