WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Simply put, this role is a SaaS Sales "Hunter" who thrives on chasing and closing new business in the high-octane world of Media, Entertainment, Gaming, and Sports (MEGS). You will be at the forefront of how modern audiences stream content, play games, support their favorite teams, and consume digital culture.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of industry experience, 3 of which should be in a quota-carrying closing role. You know how to capture the imagination of fast-moving digital-first brands, showing them how Braze turns live game moments, launching new releases, and viral trends into real-time, highly personalized fan engagement.

Stronger fit exists with candidates who have experience working with growth-stage to mid-sized companies, and who thrive in the hands-on, high-agility culture of an enterprise sales team. Ideally, your product sales experience focuses on non-ERP solutions. Selling analytics, CRM, marketing automation, digital media publishing, gaming tech, or content marketing solutions is the ultimate fit. Prior experience collaborating with Marketing/Sales Enablement to shape lead generation strategy is essential.

WHO YOU ARE

• Passionate about Digital Culture: You love and understand what keeps modern consumers engaged.
• SaaS Sales Specialist: Proven track record in SaaS sales; specific exposure to Mobile or Marketing Technology is strongly preferred.
• Master Storyteller: Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills-able to pitch creative, high-impact engagement strategies to dynamic creative and growth leaders.
• Tech-Savvy Navigator: Intermediate-to-advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite and Salesforce.com CRM. Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn new cloud applications and sales enablement platforms.
• Natural Connector: A true networker in daily life through social channels and industry networks, deeply up-to-date on mobile app ecosystems and digital engagement platforms.
• Deal Strategist: Proven success navigating scaling companies and complex organizations, with an instinct for identifying decision-makers and accelerating the buying process for enterprise SaaS solutions.
• Startup Mindset: Prior experience in a fast-paced, high-growth technology company or startup environment is a major plus.

For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $67,000 and $105,000/year, with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $134,000 and $189,000/year (including bonus or commission).Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to cash compensation, this role qualifies for a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSUs) so that you will own a piece of our company.
