Overview
Braze is an American customer engagement software company founded in 2011 that sends personalised messages across push notifications, in-app messaging, email, text and web based on how users behave inside a product. Its platform ingests behavioural events in real time, segments audiences on that data and orchestrates multi-step campaigns through a visual canvas, which suits consumer applications in media, retail, financial services and travel where timing matters more than list management. Headquartered in New York and listed on Nasdaq, it competes with the marketing clouds of the large enterprise software vendors.
