Overview
Klaviyo is a software company that provides a marketing automation and customer data platform used by consumer brands for email, SMS, push notification and WhatsApp campaigns, customer service automation and analytics, headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts. Founded in 2012 by Andrew Bialecki and Ed Hallen, it listed on the New York Stock Exchange in 2023 and has offices across North America, Europe and the Asia-Pacific region, including London, Sydney and Singapore. Its openings are mostly for account executives and business development representatives, customer success managers, product and program managers, and software, AI and security engineers.
