Job Description / 工作职责

Lead the integration of smart tire technologies, tire-mounted/in-tire sensors, and related estimation algorithms into Sensify and/or Smart Chassis systems.

Define system and interface requirements for sensing, signal processing, communication, diagnostics, and data exchange with vehicle and chassis control functions.

定义传感、信号处理、通信、诊断以及与整车和底盘控制功能进行数据交互的系统及接口需求。

Develop, adapt, and validate algorithms for tire and road-state estimation, such as tire condition, load, pressure/temperature, friction potential, and wheel/tire dynamics, according to project needs.

根据项目需求，开发、适配并验证轮胎及路面状态估计算法，例如轮胎状态、载荷、压力/温度、路面附着潜力及车轮/轮胎动力学估计。

Plan and execute model-in-the-loop, software-in-the-loop, hardware-in-the-loop, bench, proving-ground, and vehicle validation activities; analyze data and document conclusions.

策划并实施模型在环、软件在环、硬件在环、台架、试验场及实车验证; 分析测试数据并形成结论和报告。

Integrate sensor hardware and embedded/software components, including calibration, synchronization, sampling, filtering, fault handling, and robustness assessment.

集成传感器硬件及嵌入式/软件组件，包括标定、同步、采样、滤波、故障处理和鲁棒性评估。

Collaborate with braking, vehicle dynamics, controls, software, electronics, testing, and system engineering teams to translate use cases into implementable technical solutions.

Coordinate technical discussions with tire, sensor, ECU, and engineering service suppliers; manage interfaces, deliverables, risks, and issue resolution for entrusted projects.

Prepare and maintain system specifications, interface control documents, test plans/reports, traceability, and engineering work products in line with automotive development processes.

Support concept studies, benchmarking, prototypes, customer demonstrations, and technology roadmaps for intelligent braking and smart chassis applications.

Contribute to functional safety, cybersecurity, reliability, and quality activities relevant to sensor and algorithm integration.

参与与传感器及算法集成相关的功能安全、网络安全、可靠性和质量活动。

Qualifications / 任职资格

Bachelor's degree or above in vehicle engineering, mechanical engineering, control engineering, mechatronics, electronics, computer science, or a related discipline.

车辆工程、机械工程、控制工程、机电一体化、电子、计算机科学或相关专业本科及以上学历。

10+ years of relevant experience in automotive sensing, vehicle dynamics, chassis controls, embedded systems, algorithm development, or system integration.

具备10年以上汽车传感、车辆动力学、底盘控制、嵌入式系统、算法开发或系统集成相关经验。

Solid understanding of tire and wheel dynamics, vehicle dynamics, braking/chassis systems, sensor principles, signal processing, and data analysis.

扎实理解轮胎与车轮动力学、车辆动力学、制动/底盘系统、传感器原理、信号处理及数据分析。

Hands-on capability with MATLAB/Simulink and Python or equivalent engineering tools; experience with C/C++ and embedded implementation is preferred.

能够熟练使用 MATLAB/Simulink、Python 或同类工程工具; 具备 C/C++ 及嵌入式实现经验者优先。

Experience with automotive communication and measurement environments, such as CAN/CAN FD, Ethernet, XCP, CANape, INCA, or equivalent tools, is preferred.

具备 CAN/CAN FD、Ethernet、XCP、CANape、INCA 或同类汽车通信和测量环境经验者优先。

Knowledge of requirements engineering, system architecture, verification and validation, and automotive development processes; familiarity with ASPICE, ISO 26262, and cybersecurity is preferred.

了解需求工程、系统架构、验证确认及汽车开发流程; 熟悉 ASPICE、ISO 26262 和汽车网络安全者优先。

Ability to work across software, controls, electronics, mechanical, tire, and testing domains and to communicate effectively with global teams, customers, and suppliers.

具备跨软件、控制、电子、机械、轮胎和测试领域协作能力，能够与全球团队、客户及供应商进行有效沟通。

Excellent problem-solving, technical documentation, English communication, and self-management skills; willingness to support vehicle testing and business travel when required.
