Voor onze sites in Deerlijk en Moeskroen zoeken we een ervaren HSE Specialist die mee instaat voor de ontwikkeling, implementatie en verankering van ons HSE-beleid en de verdere versterking van onze veiligheidscultuur.

Jouw rol

In deze senior functie rapporteer je aan de HSE Manager en werk je nauw samen met management en operationele teams. Je bent regelmatig aanwezig op beide sites en combineert een hands-on aanpak met een strategische visie op Health, Safety & Environment.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Ondersteunen van het HSE-beleid en continue verbetering op beide sites
  • Uitvoeren en opvolgen van incidentonderzoeken en root cause analyses
  • Identificeren en beheersen van risico’s, opvolgen van actieplannen
  • Uitvoeren van risicoanalyses en opstellen van indienststellingsverslagen
  • Beheren van noodplannen en organiseren van oefeningen
  • Coachen van leidinggevenden rond veiligheidsprocedures en werkvergunningen
  • Organiseren van opleidingen, toolboxen en sensibiliseringsacties
  • Opvolgen van HSE-projecten en naleving van wet- en regelgeving
  • Actief bijdragen aan een sterke veiligheidscultuur op de werkvloer

Jouw profiel

  • Bachelor of master (technische richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring)
  • Ervaring als HSE-professional in industrie, productie of logistiek
  • Preventieadviseur Niveau 2
  • Kennis van veiligheidswetgeving, risicobeheersing en bij voorkeur ATEX/process safety
  • Ervaring met incidentonderzoek en HSE-managementsystemen
  • Sterke communicatieve en coachende vaardigheden
  • Hands-on, analytisch en projectmatig ingesteld
  • Talenkennis: Nederlands, Frans en Engels
  • Goede kennis van MS Office
