I have been instructed by a PE-backed technology business on a contract position. The role will report into the Head of M&A, and will play a key part in post-merger integrations as the business embarks on its buy-and-build strategy.
The main responsibilities include:
Develop and manage the integration plan: coordinating workstreams across functions (e.g., operations, finance, HR, IT, and sales) to ensure delivery against agreed milestones and synergy targets.
Track and realise synergies: identifying cost-saving and revenue-enhancement opportunities, monitoring progress, and escalating risks that could impact value creation.
Coordinate stakeholder communication: acting as the central point between executive leadership, functional teams, and acquired business management to maintain alignment and momentum.
Drive integration governance: establishing reporting frameworks, steering committees, decision-making processes, and KPI dashboards to monitor integration progress and resolve issues quickly.
Support cultural and organisational integration: helping align teams, operating models, processes, and ways of working to minimise disruption and maximise employee engagement and retention.
If you have experience in managing post-merger integrations and are available to start on 28th Setpember, then please apply!
