Brand Marketing Manager
Construction brands have looked the same for decades. Grey brochures, stock photos of hard hats, taglines nobody finishes reading. We're building a brand in-house that people in this industry want to spend time with, and you'll shape how we get there.
You'll work side by side with the Founding Head of Marketing on everything the brand touches and have full ownership from day one, end to end.
What you'll do
- Produce our video work, such as; customer stories, product films, and event recaps
- Write blog posts and articles on AI in construction
- Run our social channels
- Bring the things nobody has asked for yet. Your best work here won't be on this list
You might be a fit if
- You have one to three years in marketing, agency or in-house
- You make things yourself. Figma or Adobe are daily tools, not something you brief an agency for. Bonus if you can also handle a camera or a CMS
- You have ideas and the instinct to act on them. You notice the problem, propose the solution, and make it without waiting to be asked
- You write well in Swedish and English, and you can tell the difference between AI-slop and real copywriting
- You move fast with an eye for detail
- You find the built environment genuinely interesting. No construction background needed, but you'll be writing about this industry every week
The practical details
Full-time, broad and hands-on: you will touch every channel we have. A three-person marketing team working daily with sales, product and the founders. Competitive salary and equity - you're early enough for it to matter. Start as soon as you can.
