Junior Financial Controller

Brickken is looking for a Junior Financial Controller to manage financial operations reporting reconciliations and cash flow analysis.

You will control expenses, reconcile bank, card, and crypto-wallet activity, manage invoices, and execute payments. You will support month-end close, maintain crypto-operation KPIs, prepare cash-flow and management reports, and perform financial analyses while ensuring policy compliance.

• Perform daily expense control and bank, card, and crypto-wallet reconciliations
• Collect and file invoices and receipts
• Prepare and execute payments while enforcing approval flows and policy compliance
• Perform three-way matching and maintain the payment calendar and cash-out forecast
• Support month-end close activities
• Maintain and report KPIs for crypto operations
• Produce cash-flow reports, management packs, and financial analyses

• 2+ years of experience in Finance or Controlling
• Background in treasury operations, AP/AR management, reconciliations, invoice collection, and policy compliance
• Experience coordinating outsourced accounting providers
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills and familiarity with BI tools
• Ability to work with Wise, Stripe, banking portals, and expense systems
• Fluency in English and Spanish
