Position Description
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing scalable software applications, with hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps and environment management. This role requires a deep understanding of AI-driven applications, cloud solutions, and best practices for software architecture.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the integration of AI technologies into software solutions, ensuring efficiency and performance.
- Manage software environments, including development, testing, and production setups. Oversee the CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies using Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- Ensure application security, scalability, and maintainability through best coding and architectural practices.
- Work closely with stakeholders to align business requirements with technical solutions.
- Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and technologies that align with the organization’s AI strategy.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to development teams.
Workplace: This is a remote position for candidates based in Colombia or Argentina only
Must Have Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as an Technical Lead or similar role.
- Strong experience with AI technologies, including machine learning frameworks, NLP, and predictive analytics.
- Expertise in Microsoft Azure DevOps, including pipelines, repositories, and deployment strategies.
- Proficiency in cloud computing technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure.
- Experience in managing application environments, including staging, testing, and production.
- Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, APIs, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as .Net, React, Nodejs, Azure DevOps, Devops Pipelines CI, Kubernetes, App Services, Functions, Service Bus, Blob Storage, SQL Server, CosmosDB.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Certifications in Microsoft Azure (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Azure AI Engineer Associate).
- Experience with DevOps tools like Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins.
- Knowledge of data engineering and big data technologies.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
