Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities:

• Own meaningful product areas from early problem definition through launch and iteration.
• Work closely with product and engineering to shape scope, make trade-offs, and decide what should be built.
• Turn complex research and AI workflows into clear, intuitive product experiences.
• Explore multiple interaction and visual directions, then carry the chosen direction through implementation.
• Take responsibility for the quality of what ships, including details, states, copy, and edge cases.
• Contribute to the design system, product principles, and ways of working as the team grows.

Requirements:

• Strong product, interaction, and visual design craft, demonstrated through shipped work.
• Evidence of independently owning substantial product problems rather than only executing defined requirements.
• Good product judgment: you can simplify ambiguity, make trade-offs, and explain why a direction is right.
• High standards for craft and a willingness to stay close to implementation.
• Clear communication and comfort working directly with engineers and product partners in a fast-moving team.

Nice to have:

• Experience with complex B2B, SaaS, data, productivity, workflow, AI, or agentic products.
• Domain experience is useful, but not required.
• This role suits a designer who wants significant ownership, enjoys difficult product problems, and cares as much.
