Bridgit is scaling, fast. Our ability to onboard, train, and develop our expert people needs to keep pace with that growth. As our Learning & Development Coordinator, you'll be one of the first dedicated hands on this challenge - helping our small but mighty team of L&D specialists build the structures, content, and cadence that turn learning and development from something that happens informally into something every new and existing employee can rely on to help them support Bridgit’s customers. You'll have real ownership and impact from day one: the programs you help stand up now will shape how the next wave of Bridgit employees learns, grows, and stays.
What you’ll do
Program delivery & facilitation
Coordinate the scheduling, logistics, and delivery of induction sessions, compliance training, and ongoing development programs
Support the Head of L&D in facilitating workshops and training sessions, stepping in to run sessions independently as you build confidence in the content
Track attendance, completion, and feedback for all L&D programs
Content & resource management
Help build and maintain induction materials, training guides, and e-learning content
Manage the L&D resource libraries - updating new content, retiring outdated material and flagging content gaps as the business grows
Partner with subject matter experts across the business to turn knowledge & processes into blended training content
Coordination & administration
Manage the L&D calendar and coordinate with People Ops, hiring managers, and cross functional stakeholders
Administer the LMS (or equivalent) - enrolments, completions, reporting, troubleshooting access issues
Process L&D-related invoices, bookings, and vendor coordination in line with budget
Reporting & continuous improvement
Pull together simple, regular reporting on training completion, engagement, and program effectiveness for the Head of L&D and the Executive team
Gather feedback after each program and collate for the Head of L&D to determine continuous improvement
What we are looking for
1-3 years' experience in an L&D or training administration role (or equivalent transferable experience e.g. program coordination, customer training)
Experience designing training content & materials including slide decks, resources, assessments and activities
E-learning creation experience (ie. Articulate 360) and basic video editing experience desirable
A tech savvy, curious mindset with an ability to master new software/systems/apps
Practical experience with an LMS or training platform
Strong organisational skills and comfort juggling multiple programs and stakeholders at once
Confident written and verbal communicator, able to present clear training materials and comfortable facilitating to groups
A builder's mindset: comfortable creating new processes and structure, as well as maintaining existing systems
Cert IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) is desirable
Experience in or interest in using LLM AI tools to build efficiencies into workflows and to enhance learning experiences is desirable
Experience in fintech, lending or another highly regulated industry is desirable
