What You'll Do:

• Hire and develop a high-performing team that feels seen and inspired
• Be the heart of day-to-day operations - calm, clear, and proactive
• Manage scheduling/staffing, evaluate staff performance, and provide consistent feedback
• Consistently deliver outstanding guest experiences and collaborate with leadership on brand-aligned experiments
• Ensure seamless service flow between FOH, bar, and BOH
• Maintain high standards of food quality, beverage service, and overall restaurant cleanliness and appearance
• Manage overall finances - budget, costs, inventory, and revenue/profits
• Solve problems in real time, and improve the system every time
• Be present on the floor - not just managing, but energizing and engaging
• Prepare and monitor key metrics reports, manage vendor relationships/negotiations/payments, and provide administrative support
• Ensure compliance with relevant licenses, permits, and regulations, including food safety, health, and alcohol service laws
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to protect staff and customers from potential hazards
• Uphold Brine’s culture of discovery, curiosity, and high standards

• Has 6+ years managing restaurant/bar teams and operations

• Is comfortable with structure and mess - and knows when to bring order
• Thrives in fast-paced environments without losing the human touch
• Can coach a team through chaos and create systems that stick
