Lead AI Engineer I

Job requirements

Experience Range: 4 to 6 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, including hands-on expertise in digital analytics optimization Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement advanced AI and machine learning models to optimize digital analytics and enhance customer journey processes, achieving measurable improvements in conversion rates and user engagement
• Develop, validate, and deploy algorithms for digital marketing analytics, ensuring robust performance and actionable business insights
• Utilize platforms such as Tableau, Adobe Analytics, and Optimizely to analyze and visualize digital data, delivering data-driven recommendations to stakeholders
• Configure and manage A/B testing platforms including Adobe Target and Google Optimize to support experimentation and drive data-driven decision-making
• Monitor, refine, and scale statistical models to maintain accuracy and performance within digital optimization initiatives
• Lead AI/ML project delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timely completion
• Research and adopt emerging technologies in AI, machine learning, and digital analytics to continuously improve optimization strategies

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Tableau for data visualization and analytics
• Advanced knowledge of statistics and statistical modeling
• Hands-on experience with Optimizely for experimentation and personalization
• Experience with Adobe Target for A/B testing and personalization
• Technical expertise in digital marketing analytics platforms
• Advanced skills in Adobe Analytics for data collection and reporting
• Experience with Google Optimize for digital experimentation
• Programming skills in Python or R for machine learning model development

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Knowledge of cloud-based analytics platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Familiarity with advanced data engineering techniques for large-scale analytics
• Expertise in predictive modeling for digital marketing optimization
• Background in integrating AI solutions with CRM or marketing automation tools

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a closely related discipline
• Certification in AI/ML technologies such as TensorFlow Developer Certificate or AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialty
• Certification in digital analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics Expert or Google Analytics Individual Qualification
