Job requirements

Job Summary Experienced Network Security Engineer with expertise in Blue Coat ProxySG (Broadcom/Symantec Proxy), Firewalls, Routing, Switching, and Network Security Operations. Responsible for managing secure internet access, web filtering, proxy administration, policy enforcement, troubleshooting, and security infrastructure support. Key Responsibilities

• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Blue Coat ProxySG appliances.
• Implement URL filtering, web access, content filtering, and authentication policies.
• Create and maintain whitelist and blacklist rules.
• Configure and troubleshoot SSL inspection/decryption.
• Monitor proxy performance, logs, and web traffic.
• Perform ProxySG upgrades, patching, and maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot user access, authentication, and web application connectivity issues.
• Analyze logs and traffic to support security investigations and compliance requirements.
• Integrate ProxySG with Active Directory, LDAP, and SSO solutions.
• Manage and support Firewalls, Routing, Switching, and VPN technologies.
• Perform network and security incident troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Maintain technical documentation, configurations, and operational procedures.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with network, security, and application teams to support enterprise security initiatives.
