• 和不同部门维护好牢固的工作关系，特别是在专业领域的疾病教育方面，如市场部、医学和注册部、市场准入部、商务部、企业事务部, 免疫肿瘤战略合作部等，获得在本地区决策和执行上的支持，驱动业务绩效。
• 管理和监控好关键的活动 - IHM(作为现场观察员覆盖50%)/RTM(作为现场观察员覆盖80%), 管理和监控好医院相关项目
• 展示出快速理解和学习科学信息的能力，不断自学公开发布的科学文献，参加相关的专题讨论会和学术会议。
• 在多样化的情境中清晰地、逻辑性地、简洁地沟通，包括1：1会谈，正式小组简报和书面沟通中
• 通过成熟的沟通技巧和专业能力赢得KOL的信任
