Role Description
- Involved in setting budgets including continous follow up
- Maintain relations with tenants and operating technical partners
- Involved in Broadgates ESG initiatives
- Perform market research for leasing, investment calculations for tenant improvements and showings of vacant units
- Performing cost analysis
- Follow up on mandatory requirements
- Drafting and signing of lease agreements
- Involved in property development projects
Profile
- Broadgate seeks to hire individuals who are highly motivated, with a strong
desire to learn, relentless drive and have demonstrated excellence in prior
endeavours
- Strong commercial understanding and analytical skills including financial analysis
- Team player with good communication skills with a genuine interest in business and real estate
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- Previous work experience within the field is a requirement
