What You’ll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service with every interaction, ensuring customers feel heard, respected, and supported.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer phone calls, emails, and future chat inquiries.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive, calm, and solution-oriented approach.
- Provide repair updates and clear explanations regarding service processes.
- Offer maintenance guidance and product education to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Recommend products or services tailored to meet individual customer needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow through on open issues to ensure full resolution.
- Continuously learn and stay current on Browning and Winchester products.
- Adapt to new systems and technologies as needed.
- Represent the company at consumer and dealer events when required.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service support.

Requirements
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-3 years of customer service experience (call center or service desk experience preferred).
- Strong computer proficiency (MS Office required; Oracle database experience a plus).
- Typing proficiency required.
- Hunting and/or shooting experience preferred.
- Technical and mechanical understanding of firearm functions is beneficial.
- Product training will be provided.
