About the Opportunity:

We are looking for a Business Operations Specialist to keep our daily operations running

smoothly and drive cross-functional projects forward by connecting our Product, Tech, and

Marketing teams. In this role, you will use your background in PMO, Business Analysis, or

Product Planning within the fintech, banking, or crypto sectors to build operational frameworks,

manage vendors, handle incidents, and create dashboards to track performance. The ideal

candidate is a proactive problem solver with excellent communication and presentation skills,

capable of turning data into clear progress updates for our coworkers, stakeholders, and

leadership team.

Responsibilities:

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with Product, Technology,

  Customer Service, and Marketing departments to support operational efficiency.

• Operational Coordination: Align tasks and deliverables across multiple business units

  to ensure timely project execution and transparent communication.

• Process Oversight: Maintain and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to

  safeguard service quality and operational continuity.

• Product Deployment Support: Partner with internal teams to facilitate the successful

  launch and tracking of new products and feature.

• Stakeholder Reporting: Prepare and distribute comprehensive updates regarding

  project milestones, operational metrics, and key initiatives.

• Incident Management & System Monitoring: Monitor administrative portals and

  system dashboards for anomalies, managing incidents to resolution and suggesting

  system enhancements.

• Vendor Management: Supervise the vendor onboarding process and oversee ongoing

  vendor performance management.

• Business Intelligence Initiatives: Initiate the creation, deployment, and ongoing

  monitoring of operational performance dashboards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Tech/IT, or a related field that

  sharpens your analytical and problem-solving skills.

• 3-5 years of working experience as a PMO, Business Analyst, or in Product

  Management/Product Planning.

• Previous working experience in a crypto-exchange, fintech, or banking environment.
• Strong project management skills to interact with different stakeholders, collect

  information, build up frameworks, and follow through on the execution and monitoring of

  outcomes.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey ideas

  to stakeholders, the leadership team, and coworkers.

• Comfortable with system monitoring, dashboard creation, and utilizing admin portals to

  identify operational anomalies.

Nice to Have

Prior experience working specifically within a crypto-exchange company in a PMO,

Business Analyst, or Product Planning role.
