Junior Talent Acquisition Operations Associate

We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Junior Talent Acquisition Operations Associate to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and smooth execution of our recruitment processes. You'll be instrumental in supporting our TA operations, with a strong focus on data integrity, process adherence, and providing an excellent candidate experience. This is an ideal opportunity for a fresh graduate looking to build a career in HR operations within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Recruitment Data Quality & Reporting: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of recruitment data within our ATS and other platforms, and generate essential reports.
• Process Adherence & Compliance: Support the team in ensuring all recruitment processes are correctly followed, flagging deviations, and maintaining compliance with policies and regulations.
• ATS & Recruitment Technology Management: Assist in the maintenance and basic alignment of our ATS and other recruitment tools to user needs.
• Candidate Experience Strategy & Implementation: Design and implement initiatives that proactively enhance the candidate journey, from initial outreach through onboarding.
• Cross-Functional Talent Alignment: Partner with stakeholders to strategically align recruitment efforts with overarching business objectives and workforce planning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a highly meticulous approach to tasks.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in using common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
• A strong desire to learn and grow in the field of HR/Talent Acquisition Operations.
