As an Installation Supervisor at Bühler, you'll be on-site where our projects take shape. You'll guide installation teams, coordinate contractors, solve technical issues, and ensure that our machines and production systems are installed safely, correctly, and on schedule.
This role involves up to 90% international travel, primarily across Europe, with occasional assignments in other parts of the world. Installation assignments typically last 3 to 8 weeks.
To support your onboarding and development, you'll be based in Prague during your first year. During this time, you'll follow a structured onboarding and training program while joining customer site installations alongside experienced colleagues. As you gain experience, you'll gradually take on more responsibility and build the skills needed to manage installation projects independently.

- Plan and coordinate daily installation activities on customer sites
- Guide installation teams and contractors carrying out the work
- Monitor quality, safety, schedules, and site readiness
- Solve technical and organizational issues directly on-site

- Prepare site reports and escalate risks or delays when needed The focus of this position is technical supervision and coordination. You'll guide the teams carrying out the installation rather than perform the installation work yourself.

What matters most is your technical understanding, sound judgement on-site, willingness to travel, and ability to work effectively with customers and contractors.
You'll need:
- Technical education or relevant practical technical experience
- Good technical and problem-solving skills
- Confidence communicating and coordinating with others
- Communicative English (B2+)
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Driving licence New to installation management? We'll support you. Becoming a successful Installation Supervisor doesn't happen overnight. That's why we provide a structured onboarding program, technical training, and support from experienced colleagues. Whether you're already an experienced Installation Supervisor or stepping up from another hands-on technical role, we'll help you develop the skills and confidence needed to succeed in this position.
