Data MonitoringMonitor operational data for regions, franchisees and drivers, identify performance gaps and develop practical improvement plans.Training ManagementDeliver business training and assessments on new policies and updated operating processes.Quality Performance ReviewAnalyse delivery quality across regions, identify root causes and develop targeted improvement plans.Policy AnalysisConsolidate policies submitted by regional teams, conduct analysis and post-implementation reviews, and recommend practical improvements.Quality ReportingPrepare and distribute quality-performance data for regions, franchisees and branches, and develop standard operational analysis templates.Territory PlanningPlan and optimise delivery territories and produce practical feasibility proposals.Business RequirementsTranslate business development needs into appropriate system improvements and coordinate product requirements with the relevant teams.Other DutiesPerform other reasonable ad hoc duties assigned by the line manager.
