Job Title : CRM Senior Support Engineer

Job Description :

We are looking for a CRM Support Engineer with strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to manage platform support, troubleshoot issues, handle configurations, and improve CRM performance.

Responsibilities :

- Manage day-to-day operations and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

- Provide technical support and troubleshoot CRM issues.

- Handle CRM incidents, service requests, changes, and configurations.

- Support data migration, cleansing, backups, and data quality.

- Create and maintain CRM reports and dashboards.

- Work with business teams to understand requirements and deliver CRM improvements.

- Maintain CRM documentation, configurations, and processes.

- Ensure CRM security, compliance, and data protection.

- Identify opportunities for platform optimisation and enhancement.

- Collaborate with IT, business teams, and other technology teams.

Requirements :

- 5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CRM.

- Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM configuration and development.

- Good to have : Power Platform / Power Apps.

- Proficiency in Power Apps Portals - essential.

- Strong experience in .NET / C# and Web Services.

- Experience with Azure Cloud Services.

- Advanced SQL Server / Oracle / SQL.

- Experience with Plugins, SSIS, Logic Apps, Web Apps, Function Apps.

- Experience with MVC and multi-tier architecture.

- Strong troubleshooting and production support experience.

Good to Have :

- Azure DevOps

- Agile / Lean methodologies

- NoSQL databases

- Healthcare / Health Insurance domain experience.

- Team mentoring and stakeholder management.
