Чем предстоит заниматься:
  • Проектированием интерфейсов для разных ролей внутри HR-платформы (от сотрудников до администраторов);
  • Работой с задачами разной степени определённости: с наличием чёткого ТЗ, либо формированием его с нуля;
  • Проведением исследований: интервью, проверкой гипотез, сбором обратной связи;
  • Продумыванием пользовательских сценариев;
  • Развитием дизайн-системы;
  • Проверкой платформы после релиза и доработкой решения.
Мы ожидаем:
  • Опыт работы продуктовым дизайнером от 3 лет;
  • Уверенное понимание UX/UI и того, как делать не только красиво, но и удобно;
  • Опыт проведения или участия в исследованиях (интервью, тесты, сбор обратной связи);
  • Умение работать в неопределённости и самому структурировать задачу;
  • Ответственность за весь процесс: от идеи до релиза;
  • Способность аргументированно принимать решения и находить оптимальные компромиссы;
  • Внимание к визуальной части интерфейсов и желание делать даже внутренние продукты аккуратными и нескучными.
