Remote Project Scheduler WFH

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Remote Project Scheduler to join our dedicated team. This is a full-time, remote position ideal for a meticulous planner who excels at coordinating complex projects and ensuring their timely completion. The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing project timelines, resources, and communication with stakeholders, playing a vital role in our continued success.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules from initiation through to completion.

• Liaise with project managers, team members, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, timelines, and objectives.

• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on track.

• Prepare and distribute regular status reports and performance dashboards for management and key stakeholders.

• Ensure that project resources are allocated efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines.

• Facilitate clear and consistent communication across all project teams to ensure alignment and cohesive execution.

• Utilise project management software effectively to track tasks, milestones, and dependencies.

Qualifications

• Proven professional experience as a Project Scheduler, Project Coordinator, or in a similar project management role.

• Strong proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira).

• Exceptional organisational, planning, and time-management skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a talent for clear and concise reporting.

• A keen eye for detail and a steadfast commitment to accuracy.

• The ability to work independently and maintain high levels of productivity in a remote environment.

• Experience within the solar or renewable energy industry is highly advantageous but not essential.

• A relevant certification in project management (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) would be a plus.
