More about the role:

Burson India is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Motion Graphics / Video Editor to join our Film team in Gurugram. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about animation, video editing, and creative storytelling. As a Motion Graphics / Video Editor, you will edit and enhance video footage, create 2D motion graphics, and contribute to client campaigns with high-quality visual storytelling. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to explore emerging technologies, including Generative AI, to amplify brand messaging for Burson Group’s biggest clients in India and globally.

What you'll do:

• Edit and enhance video footage to produce high-quality videos.

• Create 2D motion graphics and animated videos aligned with client messaging.

• Contribute to brainstorming sessions for client campaigns.

• Align creative output with client briefs and campaign objectives.

• Maintain quality control and implement feedback for continuous improvement.

• Ensure portfolio includes work produced using Generative AI tools, with description of workflows and prompts.

• Support internal and external communication requirements.

• Participate in new business brainstorms and contribute creative video inputs.

• Understand and manage the scope of work for video projects.

• Ensure projects are executed on time and within budget.

• Document activities, prepare status reports, and maintain proper account administration.

• Serve as a creative voice in client/campaign discussions, ensuring compelling video concepts.

Experience that contributes to success:

• Minimum 2years of experience in animation and video editing.

• Degree/Diploma in Film, Animation, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro); additional experience in character animation is an advantage.

• Familiarity with Generative AI tools such as Runway, Synthesia, ElevenLabs, etc.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with servicing teams.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to build a career in creative audio-visual storytelling.
