  • Support the review and disposition of nonconforming materials and components in coordination with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality.

  • Monitor supplier performance, including quality, delivery, responsiveness, and corrective action effectiveness.

  • Familiarity with quality management systems, supplier corrective action processes, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.

  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, inspection requirements, and material certifications.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work directly with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow quality issues through to resolution.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to maintain accurate technical records.

  • Experience conducting supplier audits or supplier qualification activities.

  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, inspection methods, metrology, and material traceability.

  • Experience with nonconformance management, corrective and preventive action (CAPA), 8D problem solving, and root cause analysis.

  • Familiarity with counterfeit parts prevention and configuration management.

  • Experience working with precision-machined components, electronic components, fabricated assemblies, or other complex aerospace hardware.
