Key Responsibilities:
- Manage user accounts, IDs, and system access.
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment and software.
- Maintain IT assets, inventory, and related records.
- Support basic system administration and networking activities.
- Assist with system security, backups, and data protection.
- Maintain IT documentation and records.
- Prepare weekly and monthly IT reports as required.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in IT Administration, System Administration, System Engineering, or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of Windows, system administration, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of hardware, software installation, and basic network configuration.
- Knowledge of virtualization will be an added advantage.
- Exposure to Google Looker Studio and Google Apps. Script will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
