The Senior Director of Client Services is responsible for advancing Businessolver's Client Services strategy, driving organizational performance, and delivering exceptional client outcomes. This role partners with executive leadership to strengthen client satisfaction, improve operational effectiveness, support organizational effectiveness, and enable long-term business growth. 

The Senior Director provides executive oversight for strategic client relationships, enterprise-level initiatives, business transformation efforts, and organizational priorities while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. 

The Gig:

Strategy & Business Performance  

  • Define and execute Client Services strategy and priorities aligned to enterprise objectives. 
  • Drive improvements in client retention, satisfaction, operational performance, and business results. 
  • Monitor client and organizational health metrics to identify risks, trends, and opportunities. 
  • Champion accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement across the organization. 

Organizational Effectiveness & Talent Strategy  

  • Partner with HR and business leaders to align workforce planning, succession planning, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness with Client Services needs. 
  • Support performance management, compensation planning, and talent review processes. 
  • Strengthen employee engagement, leadership capability, and organizational performance. 
  • Model leadership behaviors aligned with Businessolver's Common Language and values. 

Client & Enterprise Leadership  

  • Provide executive oversight for strategic client relationships, complex escalations, and enterprise risks. 
  • Serve as executive sponsor for key client initiatives and partnerships. 
  • Improve client experience, service delivery effectiveness, and retention. 
  • Partner cross-functionally to resolve systemic challenges and advance strategic priorities. 

Transformation & Innovation  

  • Lead initiatives that improve scalability, efficiency, and organizational effectiveness. 
  • Evaluate industry trends, technologies, and client expectations to inform future strategy. 
  • Support innovative solutions that enhance client outcomes and business performance. 
  • Contribute to organizational redesign, business transformation, and change initiatives. 

Additional Responsibilities

  • Comply with all policies, standards, and leadership expectations. 

What You Need to Make the Cut  

Success in this role is measured by improved client retention, stronger client satisfaction outcomes, effective resolution of enterprise-level risks, scalable service delivery performance, leadership effectiveness, and measurable progress against Client Services strategic priorities. 

  • 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in Benefits Administration, HR Technology, Customer Success, Healthcare, or a related industry. 
  • Proven success driving organizational performance, client outcomes, and strategic business initiatives. 
  • Strong business acumen, executive presence, and strategic planning capabilities. 
  • Experience leading organizational change, transformation, and continuous improvement efforts. 
  • Ability to influence executive stakeholders and build strong cross-functional partnerships. 
  • Deep understanding of organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent strategy, and client experience management. 
  • Exceptional communication, relationship management, and decision-making skills. 
  • Experience with Technology, Health & Welfare Benefits, Human Resources, Benefits Administration, or Healthcare strongly preferred. 
  • Ability to travel up to 15%. 

The pay range for this position is 110K to 172K per year (pay to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data). 

This role is eligible to participate in the Quarterly bonus incentive plan.
