Project Engineer

Position Overview You will coordinate assigned project activities across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning. In your first year, you will own specific project scopes, manage interfaces between stakeholders, and help ensure safe and efficient project execution. Key Tasks and Responsibilities: Coordinate assigned project activities across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.

Manage interfaces between internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and external stakeholders Lead small to medium work packages and follow up scope, schedule, cost, and deliverables Maintain project risk registers and support risk reporting and mitigation activities Coordinate project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on actions with stakeholders Manage change requests and support assessment of impacts on scope, schedule, and cost Coordinate technical queries and support timely resolution of project issues Promote high HSEQ standards throughout all project phases and support safe project delivery Qualifications You will need: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, or equivalent relevant industry experience 3-10 years of experience in the shipping or offshore industry Understanding of engineering disciplines and how they interact throughout a project lifecycle Knowledge of procurement, construction, and commissioning processes Strong coordination and communication skills in multidisciplinary and multinational environments Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken Nice to have: Experience from FPSO projects Knowledge of marine, utility, and safety systems Familiarity with classification society requirements and international rules and regulations Experience coordinating technical interfaces across multiple stakeholders Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion BW Offshore is committed to providing equal employment opportunities for all.
