Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: 1-4 years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on backend development.
Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Java and Spring Boot for building RESTful APIs and microservices. Hands-on experience with JasperReports for designing and generating reports.
Familiarity with databases (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks (e.g., Hibernate).
Analytical Skills: Ability to understand and break down complex business requirements into actionable technical tasks.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical concepts and cascade information to the development team.
Leadership: Proven ability to mentor and guide development teams, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
Experience in Finance/Accounting related development is a plus***
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., Angular, React) is a plus.
Exposure to containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes.
