Your Mission

As a Key Account Manager, your mission will be to drive sustainable business growth by developing and strengthening long-term relationships with key B2B customers. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing tailored commercial strategies, negotiating agreements, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Working closely with internal teams, you will act as a trusted partner for key accounts, combining market insight, strategic thinking, and strong commercial skills to maximize sales performance and contribute to the company’s long-term success.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building, maintaining, and developing long-term customer relationships in the B2B sector.

• Identifying growth opportunities and implementing strategic sales initiatives.

• Negotiating contracts and managing pricing structures.

• Collaborating with internal teams (Marketing, Product Management, After-Sales) to ensure optimal customer solutions.

• Conducting market analysis and competitive assessments to enhance sales strategies.

• Regular reporting and forecasting to senior management.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field;

• Solid experience in sales, preferably within the automotive industry;

• Able to work under pressure and handle multi-tasks;

• Self-motivated, responsible, and independent;

• Strong negotiation and communication skills;

• Analytical and strategic mindset with a strong business acumen;

• High willingness to travel and enjoy direct customer interaction;

• Fluent in Portuguese and English, other languages are plus.
