The Mission
You are being hired as an Enterprise Customer Onboarding Manager to masterfully guide our highest-ARR, highest-visibility global brands through enterprise-scale digital transformations. By 2026, your mission is to ensure top-tier organizations view Bynder as their essential, strategic brand ally for cross-functional content governance and ecosystem connectivity.
Your First Year: The Impact Roadmap
We hire for outcomes. Here is what success looks like in your first year:
Day 90: You’ve mastered the Bynder platform ecosystem, our technical architecture logic, and successfully delivered your first complex enterprise system configuration for a Tier 1 client.
Day 180: You are a performance multiplier in the region, serving as the primary delivery strategist, across a tier-1 account portfolio, proactively mitigating global rollout risks, and driving rapid time-to-value to protect Net Retention targets.
Year 1: You have fundamentally leveled up our enterprise onboarding frameworks, scaled global data workflows through strategic AI integrations, and established a strategic foothold in our top-tier markets while securing high-quality client advocacy milestones.

You’ll join a high-energy squad of professional services and onboarding specialists who excel at solving multi-layered enterprise challenges and winning as one. You will partner closely with our Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success leadership teams to orchestrate cross-functional deal alignment and tailor complex solutions for enterprise requirements.
What You Will Do (Weekly Focus)
To reach your milestones, you will spend your time:
Enterprise Project & Implementation Management: Fully lead complex enterprise implementations across multiple stakeholders, business units, and workstreams, managing scope, legacy migrations, and custom integration requirements. Modify standard onboarding methodologies to fit unique enterprise client profiles.
Enterprise Strategy & Taxonomy Governance: Lead complex interactive workshops with customers for deep requirement gathering, advising global brands on taxonomy, metadata structures, and cross-functional DAM governance models.
Strategic AI Integration: Lead the adoption of AI tools to scale enterprise workflows, such as automating complex metadata mapping or multi-language content migration.
Strategic Business & Net Retention Impact: Directly influence Bynder's enterprise reputation and global Net Retention targets by driving rapid time-to-value and positioning onboarded accounts for long-term expansion and renewal. Identify qualified high-ARR expansion leads and seamlessly pass them to Sales to support regional ARR growth goals.
Enterprise Product Advocacy: Serve as an internal champion, collaborating directly with the Product and Engineering Teams to document, prioritize, and resolve complex implementation issues that require product fixes. Proactively secure high-quality enterprise G2 reviews and client advocacy milestones.
Matrix Leadership & Portfolio Hygiene: Orchestrate resources across Product, Engineering, and Sales to solve custom enterprise needs. Forecast resource requirements, monitor project budgets and supporting team effort, and maintain flawless project data hygiene within internal tracking systems like Kantata (Mavenlink), Jira, Catalyst, and Salesforce.
Your Profile
We look for the following competencies to thrive in this role:
Expertise: Proven track record of successfully managing onboarding programs or implementation consulting for Tier 1 and Tier 2 SaaS customers, handling large-scale accounts or high-value enterprise portfolios. You bring exceptional technical aptitude for solving complex enterprise architecture and ecosystem connectivity challenges, with deep knowledge of APIs, integrations, or SDK configurations. Furthermore, you demonstrate strategic AI literacy with comfort leading the adoption of AI platforms to optimize operational delivery, scale data workflows, automate complex reporting, and drive personal efficiency.
Language & travel: Fluency in English and proficiency in German or French is a major advantage; willingness to travel as needed, including working from our Amsterdam office at least two times a week, is required.
Complexity: Exceptional systemic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a gift for independently distinguishing between minor setup challenges and multi-layered, non-routine enterprise blockers. You excel at solving complex implementation challenges for global brands, designing scalable onboarding frameworks that systematically resolve category-level hurdles rather than just individual cases.
Ownership: A premier self-sufficiency mindset where you operate with near-total autonomy. You take the initiative alongside a high degree of proactivity to anticipate global risks, build strategic mitigation solutions, and define clear project objectives that protect both Bynder and the customer.
Collaboration: High EQ with a mastery of oral and written communication, enabling you to act as a trusted advisor to C-level/C-suite customer stakeholders, translate deep technical logic into business terms, and address diverse, massive user groups. You confidently navigate massive, disparate user groups and global organizational politics, driving consensus across conflicting internal and external stakeholder interests to achieve "Win-Win" outcomes.
