Sales Representative, Visualization - South Netherlands

The profile we need

A capital-minded person who understands a hospital’s long-term plans, manages complex projects and brings the right people together.

The role

You will develop capital opportunities across our Visualization portfolio. You will understand where customers want to go over the next several years, when they are likely to invest and how Stryker can support their plans.

You will work with clinical teams, procurement, finance, biomedical engineering, IT, facilities and hospital leadership. Sales cycles can be long, so you will need patience, structure and the ability to keep a project moving.

This is a field-based role covering South Netherlands, with a focus on Utrecht, Rotterdam, The Hague, Delft, Leiden, Breda, Tilburg, Eindhoven and the Limburg area.

What you will do

• Own multi-year territory and account plans for visualization, integration and related capital technology.

• Identify replacement cycles, tenders, renovations, new-build projects and future investment priorities.

• Start preparing for tenders 18 to 24 months before publication. Align key stakeholders, understand how decisions are made, shape the clinical strategy and show the clinical value of our technology.

• Develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), clinical champions and reference sites to support future capital projects, technology adoption and long-term partnerships.

• Help shape the annual marketing plan and bring it to life in your territory.

• Understand your market and maintain reliable annual, quarterly and monthly forecasts.

• Bring together colleagues across Endoscopy, support functions and other Stryker divisions to provide solutions to our shared customers.

What you will need

Required

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Minimum 2 years of professional work experience.

• Professional fluency in Dutch and English.

• Valid driving licence.

Preferred

• Experience with capital equipment, solution selling, strategic accounts or another complex B2B sales environment.

• Experience navigating long sales cycles, tenders or projects involving several decision makers.

• Healthcare, operating room, imaging, integration or digital workflow experience.

Netherlands Pay Ranges:

• Netherlands RB: €35.300 - €52.900 EUR Annual
• Netherlands: €44.100 - €81.900 EUR Annual
