岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1、负责CapCut的AI模块和功能的产品设计及优化，有效结合AI技术应用和用户实际需求，持续改进与优化产品，提升AI剪辑效率;

2、基于产品演化和迭代，对产品各类场景适应性及扩展性方面提出设计思路，保证产品迭代的健康性和稳定性;

3、与设计、数据、技术、运营等团队紧密合作，有效协同各方资源，保证产品迭代和效果质量，带领达成业务目标。

任职要求 / Requirements

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上互联网产品工作经验;

2、对产品有热情，逻辑性好，创新能力强，有较好的交互设计能力; 有工具类、AI类产品经验者加分，剪辑/创作深度用户优先;

3、用户意识强，对用户创作需求和创作习惯有深刻理解;

4、目标与结果导向，有较好的执行力; 有较强的自驱力、学习能力、逻辑与沟通能力。
