About this team:
The Central Strategy & Special Projects Team supports strategic initiatives that empower E-Commerce’s sellers and users by designing and executing projects that unlock growth and improve business performance.
About the Role
In this role, you will be involved in solving business problems, exploring diverse projects, and gaining a deeper understanding of challenges across the seller journey on E-Commerce LIVE Channel. You will also have the opportunity to strengthen your critical thinking, analytical, and project management skills through hands-on experience across different initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and support LIVE Channel Supply projects through performance tracking, issue identification, and driving opportunities for improvement.
- Support project strategy development through data gathering, analysis, and insight generation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on project plans, execution, and feedback.
- Manage day-to-day project operations to ensure timely and effective execution of ongoing projects.

Minimum Qualification(s)
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Strong analytical and data skills, with excellent Excel proficiency and the ability to present actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail and effective time management skills to deliver work on time.
Preferred Qualification(s)
- Prior internship experience in consulting, e-commerce, or related industries.
- Familiarity with Excel and data analytics/business intelligence tools, including dashboards and reporting platforms.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into business insights.
