We are looking for an experienced Sales Specialist with a strong background in GenAI and/or Cloud solutions to tap into potential client opportunities and growing new businesses in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing high-performing sales teams, and building strategic relationships with key enterprise customers and partners. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Solutions Architecture, Marketing, Customer Success, and other business teams to accelerate market expansion and deliver sustainable business growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Define and execute the go-to-market and sales strategy for GenAI and Cloud solutions.
- Drive new business acquisition while expanding strategic relationships within existing enterprise accounts.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with C-level stakeholders and key decision-makers across target industries.
- Develop accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and business reviews to ensure predictable revenue growth.
- Collaborate closely with Solutions Architects, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to deliver customer-centric solutions and maximize business outcomes.
- Identify market intelligence and customer needs to influence product strategy and commercial priorities.
- Drive strategic account planning, negotiation, and complex enterprise deal execution.
- Establish a high-performance, customer-centric sales culture focused on execution excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Represent the company at industry events, executive meetings, and strategic customer engagements to strengthen market presence and brand awareness.

Minimum Qualification(s):
- At least 3 years of proven experience in Sales and Business Development with AI/LLM or Cloud products.
- Ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building.
- An understanding of our client base and the challenges they face.
Preferred Qualification(s):
- Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset.
- SaaS or PaaS technology experience.
