Operation Staff (Internship)

CNLL Logistics (Cambodia) Co., Ltd is an international logistics solutions provider which established 2023 by Singaporean Investor and CN Logistics head office in Hong Kong, CN Logistics is a well-established international logistics solutions provider and A DP World Company.

We are now looking for qualified candidates to fulfill the positions below:

Announcement Positions

• បរិយាកាស: ការិយាល័យ

• Tracking Air/Sea / Import/ Export shipment progress
• Monitoring shipment from loading to arrival destination.
• All shipping advice/ pre-alert with supporting docs are printed out and properly filed and accurate
• Ensuring that all shipments have been handled with smooth situation for both import/export and special instruction
• Contact with carrier to get booking and release booking to customer
• Ensure the assigned team understand customer requirements, SOP compliance.
• Manage team performance.
• Support team, ensure team provide solution to customer timely.
• Provide training, ensure team have standard knowledge to perform assigned tasks.
• Support management on data analysis and process improvement

• NSSF
• Performance Bonus + Seniority

• Working day from Monday to Friday + Saturday (half day)
• Holiday, in accordance with Ministry of Labor Announcement and code

• Plus experience in logistics industry or relatedរយៈពេល ១ ទៅ ២ ឆ្នាំ

• Bachelor’s degree related field equivalent
• Good command English
• Excellent computer skills - Ms Word, Excel, Internet email

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Willing be our long-term staff/ team
• Must have exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Responsible and High Commitment
• Work under pressure

• No Experience Required! Professional Training Will Be Provided to Fresh Graduates and Candidates Without Prior Logistics Experience.
