- Prepare for and facilitate select Lead@CACI sessions and other Talent Development workshops, discussions, and learning experiences for leaders and employees across levels.
- Deliver established learning content with credibility and energy, adapting facilitation to audience needs, encouraging participation, and creating an effective learning environment.
- Capture participant feedback and observations from delivery to help program owners strengthen learning experiences over time.
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution for key Elevate events and experiences, including workshops, site visits, capstones, executive sessions, and other in-person or virtual program events.
- Develop event plans, timelines, run-of-show documents, budgets, and contingency plans; coordinate venues, vendors, food and beverage, technology, room setup, materials, travel-related requirements, and other logistics as needed.
- Coordinate closely with program owners and stakeholders so event execution reinforces the program purpose, learning objectives, and intended participant experience.
