Support Fleet Chief Instructor / DOT to meet client’s demand for timely development and on-going update of Flight Instructors simulator.
lesson guide (FIG) and Simulator briefings (CBB) thereby enabling Fleet Chief Instructor / DOT to meet a proper number of Quality Assurance observations required to maintain service level expected by client. Technical Assistant reports to DOT.
[ Primary Duties ]
o Develop and update Flight Instructor Guide (FIGs) and Computer Based Briefings (CBBs) o Develop FSI/FSE Initial and Recurrent lessons and tests.
o Support Fleet Chief / Director of Training (DOT) with Training manual/material revisions.
o Carry out additional assigned tasks by DOT [ Technical Assistant detail Tasks ] Development of the following material to meet client timeline. FIGs for Client sessions (Qualification / Recurrent / LIP)
- SBE / SBT
- MT
- UPRT / SPOT / Special Ops
- Internal Training CBBs
- Animated PPT Computer Based Briefings ACARS CARDS Supporting PROFILE TESTING Other support for CAE / MOLOT Written / skill test / Practical training Managing Customer Training publications Support Training Admin as needed [ PREREQUISITES and SKILLS ]
- Fluent in Korean / English language read-write-speak.
- Master Windows Office Apps particularly Words and Power Points.
- Familiar with Airline industry / Aerospace terminology
- Familiar with Air Traffic Control radiotelephony
- Ability to read Aeronautical Charts and Meteorology maps.
- Previous experience as pilot in Korean and International airspace is an asset.
- Previous experience working for an airline as instructor or pilot is a definite asset
- Previous experience working for an airline as instructor or pilot is a definite asset.
- Ability to work alone.
- Willingness to work flexible and long hours.
- Willingness to work overtime or weekends for urgent tasks.
- Willingness to work at Client Training Center. Self-motivated, courteous, patient, and attentive to details and team player.
