Senior Payroll Specialist

Manage the monthly payroll process ensuring accurate and timely salary calculations and payments.
Collect, validate, and process payroll inputs including attendance, overtime, incentives, allowances, deductions, loans, and employee movements.
Ensure payroll compliance with company policies, Egyptian labor law, income tax, and social insurance regulations.
Maintain accurate employee payroll data and ensure all changes related to hiring, promotion, transfer, salary adjustments, and termination are properly reflected.
Prepare and analyze payroll reports, and provide HR management and Finance with the required data.
Handle employees’ payroll-related inquiries and resolve salary, deduction, overtime, and other payroll issues professionally.
Maintain strict confidentiality of payroll information and support payroll audits and continuous process improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree.
3–5 years of relevant payroll experience.
Very good Microsoft Excel skills and experience with HRIS/Payroll systems.
Good knowledge of Egyptian payroll, tax, and social insurance regulations.
