Für die Unterstützung eines Teams im Rahmen des IMW Rollouts suchen wir eine erfahrene und kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit technischem Verständnis und Erfahrung im Workplace Support.

Aufgaben:

  • 2nd Level Support für den IMW-Arbeitsplatz

  • Bearbeitung von Support-Tickets

  • Rollout-Support, unter anderem im Rahmen einer verlängerten IT Lounge

  • Schnittstelle zum Engineering für KVP

  • Schnittstelle zum ServiceDesk

  • Lifecycle- und Rolloutmanagement inklusive Planung, Kommunikation und Beauftragung

  • Schnittstelle zu Computa Center

  • Aktives Stakeholder Management

Requirements

Anforderungen:

  • Erfahrung im Support im Workplace-Bereich

  • Technisches Verständnis mit entsprechender Ausbildung

  • Kommunikative Persönlichkeit für aktives Stakeholder Management

  • Organisationstalent

  • Deutsch- und Französischkenntnisse

  • Bereitschaft für einen Vor-Ort-Anteil von 80 %

  • Interesse an einem langfristigen Engagement

Generelle Rahmenbedingungen:

  • Pensum: 100% - Präsenz 80 % vor Ort in Bern

  • Einsatz: 01.01.2027-31.12.2027
