•  Recordkeeping: Scan and file all payroll paperwork, ensuring records are complete, organized, and kept confidential.

•  HR & Recruiting Support: Assist with recruiting follow-up and new hire communications, including drug screen/background check requests, offer letters, and new hire forms, and help with maintenance team setup as needed.

Qualifications:

•  Experience: 1–3 years of payroll, benefits, or HR administration experience; multi-entity payroll experience a plus.

•  Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, HR, or a related field preferred.

•  Systems: Experience with payroll software (Dayforce preferred) and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

•  Organization: Strong organizational and time management skills to meet recurring payroll deadlines.

•  Confidentiality: Discretion and good judgment handling sensitive employee and compensation information.
