Campbell Global brings more than three decades of experience and leadership to sustainable timberland and natural resource investment management.

Make an impact through work that underpins investment decision-making. Join a collaborative fund accounting team supporting institutional asset managers across the region. You’ll own daily deliverables, solve complex valuation and reconciliation breaks, and strengthen process controls. If you enjoy analytical work, structured problem-solving, and deadline-driven execution, this role offers meaningful exposure and growth.

As a Fund Accountant in the Fund Accounting team, you will take ownership of the day-to-day production, validation, and delivery of net asset value (NAV) calculations and fund financial statements for a portfolio of investment funds. You will ensure accounting books and records are accurate, complete, and supported by clear documentation and effective controls. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders to investigate exceptions, resolve issues, and deliver on time.

Job responsibilities
  • Produce daily/month-end NAV calculations and fund accounting outputs in line with agreed service timelines
  • Maintain accurate accounting books and securities records, including positions, pricing, corporate actions, income, expenses, and trades
  • Perform position and cash reconciliations and investigate breaks within defined tolerances
  • Validate valuations, price movements, and performance drivers to support accurate end valuations
  • Investigate and resolve accounting and securities exceptions, escalating risks and issues in a timely manner
  • Prepare and maintain complete workpapers and supporting evidence for unusual items and key judgement areas
  • Reconcile capital flows where applicable and ensure accurate reflection in the fund’s accounting records
  • Reconcile forward foreign exchange contracts (including internally and third-party traded contracts) to the relevant portfolios where applicable
  • Respond to routine and ad hoc client inquiries by preparing accurate data and clear explanations in partnership with internal teams
  • Document procedures, identify control gaps, and propose process improvements to reduce operational risk
  • Support team capability building by providing training and guidance to new hires and peers
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in accounting, finance, or a related discipline
  • Demonstrated experience producing or reviewing NAV calculations and/or fund financial statements in a controlled operations environment
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate, well-documented outputs under deadline
  • Proven reconciliation and break-resolution skills (e.g., positions, cash, pricing, income, expenses, trades)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to investigate exceptions and identify root causes
  • Client-focused mindset with clear, professional written and spoken English communication skills
  • Proficiency in standard computer applications (e.g., spreadsheets, email, documentation tools)
  • Control-oriented approach, including comfort working with checklists, evidence standards, and sign-offs
  • Ability to work in a shift-based schedule aligned to business needs (TBD: confirm shift details)
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • 7 years of experience in banking, financial services, fund administration, or an accounting firm supporting investment products
  • Experience working in an automated processing environment with workflow controls and exception management
  • Understanding of security types and their accounting treatment (e.g., equities, fixed income, derivatives, funds)
  • Familiarity with market practices and data vendor platforms (e.g., Bloomberg)
  • Knowledge of custody bank and investment manager operating models and deliverables
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a small team
  • Flexibility to support projects and work additional hours during peak production periods, as required
