We offer a collaborative environment where your ideas drive real change, your technical expertise is valued, and your career can grow alongside the products you build.

As a Product Manager at JPMorganChase within Cloud Service Enablement, you will lead the strategy and evolution of Atlas Marketplace - the firm's central registry for Terraform modules and policies. Your work will directly enable engineering teams across the firm to build and deploy cloud infrastructure more efficiently, securely, and at scale.

Job responsibilities

  • Lead the Atlas Marketplace and Release Management product strategy and vision, ensuring continuous delivery of value to engineering customers and stakeholders
  • Own, prioritize, and maintain a product backlog that aligns development efforts with the strategic roadmap and measurable business outcomes
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Architecture, and business stakeholders to define requirements, resolve dependencies, and drive alignment across teams
  • Drive product discovery and ideation sessions to identify customer needs, pain points, and opportunities for platform improvement
  • Define and communicate a clear product roadmap that supports expansion across multiple Cloud Service Providers and evolving infrastructure needs
  • Translate complex technical requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria that enable effective delivery
  • Monitor product performance and adoption metrics, using data to inform prioritization decisions and demonstrate value to senior leadership
  • Engage directly with customers and end users to gather feedback, validate assumptions, and ensure the platform meets their evolving needs
  • Represent the product in senior leadership forums, communicating progress, risks, and strategic direction with clarity and confidence

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Formal training or certification on product management concepts and advanced applied experience
  • Demonstrated experience leading product lifecycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and customer value management
  • Technical background with knowledge of cloud platforms, infrastructure-as-code concepts, or related engineering domains
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels, including senior management
  • Proven ability to own and manage a product backlog, translating strategy into prioritized, delivery-ready work
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Architecture, and business teams to deliver complex technical products
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and drive decisions in a fast-paced environment

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience working within a large-scale, globally distributed organization with complex stakeholder landscapes
  • Familiarity with Terraform, infrastructure-as-code practices, or cloud marketplace platforms
  • Knowledge of AI applications within product management, including leveraging AI tools to enhance discovery, prioritization, or delivery workflows
