We are currently looking for a talentedCRM Casino Specialist to join us!
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Execution - Assist in the setup, scheduling, and delivery of Casino CRM campaigns, including emails, SMS, and onsite messages.
- Offer Management - Coordinate Casino promotions, bonuses, and rewards, ensuring timely delivery to players.
- Quality Assurance - Conduct QA checks for campaigns, ensuring accuracy in messaging, targeting, and timing.
- Cross-Functional Support - Work with design, product, and compliance teams to prepare and deliver campaigns.
- Performance Monitoring - Track campaign KPIs.
- Compliance - Ensure all Casino CRM campaigns adhere to responsible gambling and GDPR standards.
- Process Support - Contribute to workflow improvements and support the CRM team in daily operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in CRM or digital marketing (experience in online gaming or Casino is a plus).
- Basic understanding of Casino promotional mechanics and player behavior.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously (multitasking) and meet deadlines.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and familiarity with PowerPoint.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and cross-functionally.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with CRM tools such as FastTrack, Optimove, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and campaign optimization.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements in online gaming (GDPR, responsible gambling).
- Basic knowledge of bonus structures and Casino promotions
