Role Overview
As Partner Enablement Specialist, your mission is to make sure every external implementation partner can deliver the Campfire standard as reliably as our internal team does. You'll take the training curriculum and standards developed for internal onboarding and adapt them for an external audience - building the certification bootcamps, materials, and ongoing support that keep partners accurate, confident, and self-sufficient. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role: you're not designing the overall onboarding architecture, you're the person who makes sure partners actually learn it, pass it, and keep up with it as the product evolves.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Bootcamp Delivery
Run scheduled Partner Bootcamps, adapting the internal onboarding curriculum into partner-facing training sessions, workshops, and materials.
Own the partner certification process: administer assessments, track completion, and issue certifications against the rubrics defined by the Product Enablement Manager.
Maintain a partner-facing knowledge base (guides, FAQs, troubleshooting docs) that mirrors internal SOPs but is tailored for external use.
Partner Readiness & Support
Serve as the first point of contact for partner questions during and after certification.
Monitor partner-led implementations for early signs of drift from the Campfire standard, and flag recurring issues back to the Product Enablement Manager.
Collect partner feedback on training gaps, confusing configurations, or product friction, and route it upstream.
Content Maintenance
Keep partner training materials in sync as product changes roll out - update decks, scripts, and guides in real-time under the direction of the Product Enablement Manager.
Help build out video modules and self-serve certification paths as the partner program scales.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Partner with the Head of Solution Consulting Partnerships and the Accounting Partnerships Lead to coordinate bootcamp logistics - aligning on scheduling, partner cohorts, and readiness timelines for each partnership track.
Work with the Accounting Partnerships Lead to ensure bootcamp content reflects the specific configurations and workflows accounting partners need to certify on.
Work with the Head of Solution Consulting Partnerships to align solution consulting partner training with evolving deal and implementation requirements.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in implementation, customer success, or training/enablement - ideally with some direct Campfire product exposure.
Strong communicator who can explain technical configuration steps clearly to an external audience with less context than an internal hire.
Organized and detail-oriented: comfortable owning a certification pipeline and tracking who's where in it.
Comfortable running live sessions (bootcamps, workshops) as well as producing written/video materials.
This is an execution and delivery role, not a design-from-scratch role - success means faithfully scaling what's already been built, not reinventing it.
