Community Coordinator (W/M/D)

Description

In your new role as Community Coordinator, you’ll keep all operational threads connected: managing member benefits, supporting on-site events, and making sure the tools, systems, and processes behind the scenes run smoothly - creating a strong overall community experience.

Your fields of action in a glance:

• Community Benefits: You are responsible for the operational processes behind our community benefits, including our mentor pool, start-up discounts, and co-founder opportunities, ensuring that everything is delivered smoothly and reliably for our members.
• Event Support: You play a key role in planning and executing our community events, taking care of tasks such as managing registrations, post-event follow-up, and organizing and maintaining our event management platform.
• Community Operations: You maintain member data in our CRM system (HubSpot), manage our community programs across Slack and Notion, and support the implementation of automations and integrations.
• Tracking & Analytics: You support our tracking efforts by regularly preparing analyses and reports.
• Community Support: You are a reliable and friendly point of contact for our community.

You’re a good fit for us if you bring the following:

• Education: You have a solid professional qualification, either through a completed vocational training program or a successfully completed degree.
• Professional Experience: You have gained initial experience in community management, project coordination, start-up environments, or similar hands-on roles, and you are eager to continue learning and developing.
• Focus: You enjoy diving into the details, optimizing processes, and bringing structure to dynamic, people-oriented work environments.
• Tool Affinity: You have a good understanding of tools such as Slack, Notion, and HubSpot.
• Working Style: You are self-organized, reliable, and enjoy working behind the scenes to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Communication: You have fluent English skills, both written and spoken, and ideally also have a working knowledge of German.
