Position Overview:

We are looking for aSenior Loyalty Analytics Analyst to lead data-driven insights for ourCRM &loyalty program. You will own the analytics function for loyalty, turning complex customer, transaction, and engagement data into strategic recommendations that boost retention, increase lifetime value, and maximize program ROI. This is a high-impact senior role where yourexpertisewill directly shape loyalty strategy.

What You'll Do:

• Development and optimization of advanced SQL queries and data models to extract, transform, and analyze large volumes of loyalty, transactional,subscription, and behavioral data from multiple sources.

• Design, build, andmaintainself-servedPower BI dashboards and reports using advanced DAX, star-schema modeling, and performance optimization techniques to track key loyalty metrics such as retention/churn, customer lifetime value (CLV), segment performance, redemption rates, campaign ROI, and tier effectiveness.

• Conduct in-depthAd Hoc analysis aboutcustomer segmentation, cohortevaluation,behavioral deep-dives, and program performance toidentifyopportunities and risks.

• Supportend-to-end loyalty analytics: evaluatemarketingcampaignseffectiveness and provide clear, actionable recommendations to the loyalty andMarketingteams.

• Partner closely with Product, Finance, and Executive teams to translate insights into prioritized business strategies and roadmaps.

• Present compelling, executive-ready insights and storytelling dashboards/Presentationsto senior leadership.

Let's Talk About You:

• Advanced SQLexpertise - highly proficient with complex queries (CTEs, window functions, performance tuning, and optimization) on large-scale datasets.

• Expert-level Power BIproficiencyisa must - strong command of DAX, data modeling, row-level security, custom visuals, and Power BI Service governance.

• Previousexperience with loyalty programs - proventrack recordanalyzing loyalty initiatives (points, tiers, rewards, redemption, retention mechanics).

• 5+ years of hands-on analytics experience, preferably in loyalty, CRM, customer retention, or related domains.

• Bachelor’s degree in DataAnalytics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.

• Strong business acumen and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and present to executive audiences.
